Flute Repair
Clean, Oil and Adjust (COA)
Flutes should be seen for maintenance every 12-18 months regularly - or sooner if anything seems to be amiss.
An annual maintenance or yearly check-up, such as a Clean, Oil, Adjust (COA) service, helps to keep your instrument in peak performance condition, while simultaneously mitigating the need for more costly repairs down the road.
Mechanical Restoration & Repad (Overhaul)
An Overhaul returns a flute to as like-new condition as possible, including the replacement of all soft parts (pads, corks, felts, etc.), a full dip and polish (including the mechanism), dent and scratch removal, and a full adjustment to the pads and mechanism.
High E Facilitator / G Disc Installation
This service involves installing an insert in the lower G tonehole making the opening smaller. This facilitates the high E to speak easily without the conventional split-E mechanism.
